What you will do.
- Manage multiple technical investment projects simultaneously.
- Responsible for budget, planning, procurement, and execution.
- Coordinate engineering studies and technical implementations.
- Review and challenge technical designs from external partners.
- Follow up on electrical, utilities, automation, and facility projects.
- Organize validation and qualification documentation.
- Work closely with operational teams, engineering, and contractors.
- Monitor safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
- Lead projects from definition to handover to the end-user.
- Report on progress, risks, and budgets.
Profile
- Industrial Engineer or equivalent by experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in engineering or project work.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated environments is a significant asset.
- Knowledge of utilities, electrical installations, automation, or facility engineering.
- Able to understand and critically assess technical documentation.
- Strong in communication and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on and enjoys being on-site.
- Independent and structured.
