- Lead multiple projects simultaneously in diverse team compositions
- Acquire new assignments and develop propositions using your experience and network
- Combine substantive expertise with commercial and process skills and build support

- Minimum 8 years of experience in public administration, a substantial part of which is in regional cooperation
- A strong administrative and top-level official network with proven experience in market development and acquisition
- Seen by administrators and top officials as a strategic sparring partner for complex cooperation issues
- An experienced project leader accustomed to managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Possesses a significant amount of political-administrative sensitivity, strategic insight, and strong process skills
- A university master's degree, preferably in public administration, political science, law, psychology
