You are an experienced Mechanical Technician with a passion for maintenance and rotating equipment. You will work in a technically challenging industrial environment where safety and reliability are central. What you will do.
- Prepare and execute preventive and corrective maintenance
- Inspect, overhaul, and replace mechanical components
- Locate and resolve malfunctions in rotating equipment
- Guide and manage external contractors
- Report completed work in the maintenance system
- Identify improvement opportunities in maintenance and reliability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Contribute to a safe and tidy working environment
Profile
- Completed MBO 4 (vocational secondary education) degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Demonstrable experience with mechanical maintenance in an industrial environment
- Experience with rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors
- Knowledge of maintenance systems (e.g., a CMMS)
- Good command of the Dutch language
- Strong safety awareness
