Personal Supervisor Talent & Work

At a care organization, it is ensured that people with a (severe) intellectual disability (EMB, MVB, LVB, ASS) feel seen, valued, and involved. The organization is looking for a Personal Supervisor with courage, creativity, and a heart for care and guidance. The location is situated in the heart of a neighborhood, in the middle of society. Here, people work, experience, learn, and laugh.

What you do

You will work in all three groups, with a base in the EMB/MVB group, where intensive care is combined with experiential and service-oriented activities. You will be the personal supervisor for 4 to 5 clients.

  • Provide personal care and guidance
  • Draw up, implement, and evaluate care plans
  • Work purposefully on the development, independence, and quality of life of clients
  • Collaborate multidisciplinarily
  • Coordinate home care (WLZ): conduct home visits and participate in multidisciplinary consultations (MDOs)
  • Identify opportunities, monitor developments, and proactively respond to them
  • Ensure that every participant experiences a pleasant, safe, meaningful, and development-oriented day

Profile

Enjoyment is paramount when guiding people with disabilities. You look not only at what someone needs but especially at what someone can and wants to develop. You easily connect with the clients' world and encourage them to experience as much self-direction as possible. You look for opportunities, discuss them, and dare to take initiative. You are concrete, decisive, and enjoy working with colleagues.

  • A completed MBO-4 level care education, such as Social Care.

Preferences.

  • Experience as a personal supervisor is a plus.
  • Experience with LACCS and/or VRV is a bonus.
