  • Competencies: analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, decisiveness, and integrity.

  • Analytical skills: identify problems, recognize important information, establish connections between data, see possible causes of problems, and search for relevant data.
  • Communication skills: clearly explain to clients how you arrived at your advice and what the consequences are for them, empathize with diverse clients and adapt your message, easily establish contact with colleagues and external parties (municipalities, employers), listen well, ask the right questions, and record your judgment flawlessly and concisely.
  • Decisiveness: work methodically and quickly come to well-considered decisions, show initiative and courage, be aware of the impact on the client, but be steadfast in your decision.
  • Integrity: be aware of your environment, know the organization's position in society, and naturally act in accordance with integrity guidelines for client data protection.
