This temporary assignment involves a role as a P&O advisor within an educational organization that provides special education, secondary special education, and practical education for students requiring additional support. The organization guides students and young people towards an independent future. The P&O department is in a phase of further development and professionalization.
What you will do.
- Support integrally responsible directors at school locations with various HR issues.
- Contribute to the further development of HR services.
- Advise on topics such as absenteeism, performance, development, staffing, recruitment and selection, sustainable employability, and employment law issues.
- Translate HR policy, laws and regulations, and collective labor agreements into practical and workable solutions for daily school practice.
- Actively contribute to project-based HR themes such as strategic personnel planning, sustainable employability, labor market communication, and the further professionalization of HR processes.
- Contribute ideas for the further setup and strengthening of HR services.
Profile
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in HRM or similar.
- Several years of experience as an HR advisor or P&O advisor.
- Knowledge of employment law, HR processes, and education collective labor agreements (primary and secondary education).
- Experience in guiding change and development processes within HR.
- Strong advisory skills and understanding of administrative and organizational relationships.
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach.
- Affinity with education and social organizations.
- Easily switch between strategy, policy, and practice.
- Quickly connect with stakeholders.
- Capable of addressing both operational issues and organization-wide HR themes.
