We are looking for several Caregivers IG for a modern residential care facility, specialized in dementia care and recovery. This facility offers a warm home to people with dementia and has a Closed Recovery Screening department. The location is fully under development, with personal attention, quality of care, and collaboration being central. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, take initiative, and participate in the further development of the facility and future-oriented dementia care.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the daily care, guidance, and well-being of residents
- Support residents with personal care
- Perform technical nursing procedures
- Monitor the continuity of care
- Work according to the care plan
- Observe and signal changes in residents' health or behavior
- Report findings in the care file
- Coordinate with fellow caregivers, nurses, (residential) care coordinators, and other disciplines
Profile
- MBO diploma Caregiver IG (level 3)
- Sense of responsibility for good and safe care
- Contributes ideas, signals, and takes initiative where necessary
- Enjoys working with colleagues and therapists
- Affinity with psychogeriatrics (PG), somatics, and/or unexplained behavior
