  • Ensure that CRM initiatives across the various formulas are well-aligned, utilizing the capabilities of the shared CDP and contributing to a consistent customer approach throughout the entire life cycle.
  • Advise Marketing and Category Management on target groups, channel deployment, and campaign choices, and ensure good alignment with involved stakeholders based on CRM expertise.
  • Design, build, and orchestrate automated cross-channel customer journeys (email, web, app, and paid media) and continuously optimize them based on customer behavior, data, and performance.
  • Monitor the quality and effectiveness of CRM execution, actively managing customer value, RFM, life cycle, and leveraging loyalty, as well as KPIs such as conversion, engagement, and CLV.

Profile

  • A completed HBO or university education, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Approximately 4–8 years of experience as a CRM, Lifecycle marketer, or Marketing Automation Specialist (preferably within retail).
  • Demonstrable experience with independently conceiving, developing, and optimizing complex customer journeys, and hands-on work with CRM and marketing automation tooling.
  • Experience with data-driven marketing and independently managing KPIs such as conversion, engagement, retention, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management combined with a strategic, hands-on, and commercially results-oriented approach.
  • Able to independently determine direction and involve stakeholders.
  • Structured, strong in planning, and with an eye for detail.
  • Curious about new developments in marketing and technology and able to translate these into concrete applications.
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Experience Platform, Tableau, and Google Analytics is a plus.

Practical

  • Possibility of working from home.
  • Training and career development opportunities within a large retail organization.
