- Assess clients on their capacity (or incapacity) for work within social security laws such as the Ziektewet (ZW), WIA/WGA, and WW.
- Conduct interviews with clients during consultations.
- Investigate how physical, psychological, and social factors influence their functioning and labor participation.
- Analyze complex case studies.
- Map the clients' load capacity.
- Translate findings into a careful socio-medical judgment.
- Work independently within a multidisciplinary network of professionals.
- Gain broad medical experience within a societal context.
- Contribute to the participation and health of the working population in the Netherlands.
Profile
- Completed medical degree and BIG-registered as a basic doctor.
- Affinity with or interest in social security legislation and insurance medicine.
- Strong communication skills.
- Empathetic and professional approach to interlocutors.
- Analytical and meticulous.
- Ability to objectively assess complex situations.
- Ability to work independently and be a good collaborative partner.
