Engineer W HVAC

You are involved in the entire project process, from design to delivery. You create models, assess contract changes for budget and risk, and ensure flawless execution. You work closely with project leaders, modelers, and fellow engineers. You are technically involved on the project site, including during execution.

What you will do.

• Build a central information model with all data needed for design, construction
• Draw design models and perform design calculations
• Gather data from involved parties and translate it into a workable design
• Assess changes in contract or design for budget and risk implications, and advise on these
• Collaborate with project leaders, modelers, and fellow engineers for perfectly prepared projects
• Provide technical guidance on the project site and during execution

• MBO/HBO work and thinking level with relevant experience as Engineer W
• Ability to think conceptually and advise
• Strong communication skills: you clearly convey your design and involve the team in your choices
• You effortlessly interact with colleagues at different levels and in different teams
• Curiosity about the entire process, from initial sketch to final installation
• Affinity for calculations and on-site observation
