The role is within a team focused on real estate strategy and exploitation.
- The team develops, manages, and leases municipal real estate.
- Collaboration is established with various users, such as sports clubs, cultural institutions, educational institutions, commercial parties, and internal departments.
- The team is part of a larger real estate department.
- The goal is to achieve optimal social and financial results from the real estate portfolio.
- The focus is on matching a portfolio of over 200 properties with social organizations and associations.
- Specifically, the assignment focuses on the portfolio of socio-cultural accommodations.
- The deployment aims to manage and exploit the real estate portfolio and adequately support social organizations with their housing issues.
What you do
- Match the real estate portfolio with social organizations and associations.
- Handle housing questions from social organizations.
- Seek suitable housing solutions.
- Ensure good housing and services for tenants.
- Optimize real estate exploitation.
- Continuously improve customer focus.
- Draft lease agreements.
- Maintain mutations and tenant requests within the portfolio.
- Regularly consult with tenants, colleagues from various policy departments, specialists, construction experts, and the Finance department.
- Occasionally guide acquisition or sale processes of properties, together with the portfolio manager.
What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 8 years as an asset manager, real estate manager, real estate advisor, or a similar function in the field of social and/or municipal real estate.
- Demonstrable work experience with stakeholder management, having collaborated with tenants, internal policy departments, financial departments, and external parties.
- Demonstrable work experience with managing, exploiting, and leasing real estate, including drafting, managing, and/or executing lease agreements.
Desired.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience as an asset manager, real estate manager, real estate advisor, or a similar function within a municipal organization.
- Demonstrable work experience with managing social and/or municipal real estate, including maintaining contacts with tenants and users.
- Demonstrable work experience with housing issues of social organizations, associations, cultural institutions, and/or educational institutions (to be illustrated with at least 2 relevant assignments or projects).
