Housing Project Leader
You operate independently within a complex administrative environment and work closely with internal specialists, administrators, and external partners. You monitor the coherence between spatial quality, social impact, and administrative feasibility, and ensure a careful decision-making process.
What you will do.
- Prepare a plan of approach for the execution of the assignment
- Inventory housing challenges and analyze housing needs and future developments
- Conduct and supervise location studies for temporary and structural housing
- Prepare integrated feasibility analyses including opportunities, risks
- Develop an administratively supported implementation agenda including priorities, milestones, and decision-making moments
- Draft administrative assignments
- Organize and coordinate the integral project process
- Monitor the coherence between spatial quality, social impact
- Coordinate with internal disciplines, administrators, and external collaboration partners
- Prepare administrative decision-making and advise on it
- Maintain contacts with involved stakeholders
- Translate social issues into spatial solutions
Profile
You are an experienced project leader with extensive knowledge of the spatial domain and administrative processes. You are able to analyze complex social issues and translate them into concrete, feasible solutions. You work independently, maintain an overview in a complex environment, and know how to connect diverse interests.

What they ask
- Completed relevant HBO or WO education
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a project leader within the spatial domain
- Demonstrable experience with public and administrative decision-making within a government organization
- Experience with integrated advice within the spatial domain
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations within the spatial domain
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing
- Valid VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct) (or willing to provide it after award)
Preferences.
- Experience with complex housing or residential assignments within the public sector
- Experience with connecting social issues to spatial solutions
- Experience with collaboration between different municipal disciplines and external partners
