As a Workplace Trainer, you will elevate learning and development in disability care. You will have a lot of freedom, collaborate with enthusiastic colleagues, and connect practice, education, and policy. You will be visible at locations, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate ideas into concrete solutions.
What you will do.
- Coordinate vocational training and coach students and work supervisors
- Analyze training needs and develop, implement, and evaluate learning pathways, educational programs, testing
- Monitor the learning environment at locations and within the region
- Translate improvement points into feasible advice and concrete solutions
- Participate in project groups and deliver tangible results such as tools, work agreements, guidelines, work plans, and training modules
- Maintain contacts with vocational colleges (ROC), higher professional education (HBO), and pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO) institutions, managers, and internal development groups
- Safeguard a safe learning environment and contribute to the quality of care
- Work from a specific care vision and translate it into learning and development in daily practice
Profile
- Minimum MBO 4 diploma and demonstrable work and thinking level at HBO propaedeutic level
- Completed post-HBO training as a Workplace Trainer in Healthcare or willingness to follow it
- Knowledge of or clear affinity with disability care and insight into training routes
- Experience with coaching, advising, and building support
- Ability to connect practice, education, and organizational development
- Project-based and results-oriented work
- Clear communication and meticulous working method
