Accredited EIA Expert and EIA Coordinator

• Investigate and calculate the effects of plans, programs, or projects on humans and the environment.
• Perform scoping of significant environmental effects within specific disciplines (noise and vibrations, soil, air, water, or human).
• Apply scientifically sound models and methodologies according to applicable EIA guidelines and manuals.
• Propose mitigating, remedial, or compensatory measures.
• Collaborate with other accredited EIA experts and align disciplines content-wise.
• Coordinate the entire EIA process from scoping to decision-making (if applicable).
• Be the point of contact for the initiator, advisory bodies, and an internal team.
• Monitor the quality, consistency, and independence of the research and report.
• Prepare reports, final syntheses, non-technical summaries, and minutes of consultation meetings.

What they ask

• Valid accreditation as an EIA expert and/or EIA coordinator.
• Thorough knowledge of EIA procedures, guidelines, and relevant legislation.
• Expertise within one or more EIA disciplines (noise and vibrations, soil, air, water, biodiversity, or human).
• Ability to translate scientific analyses into clear conclusions, advice, and measures.
• Accurate, independent, and quality-oriented work attitude.
• Experience with relevant software and methodologies within your field.
• Smooth communication with project teams, clients, authorities, and advisory bodies.
• Ability to structure, follow up, and clearly report on consultation meetings.
