Profile
You get energy from helping people. You don't just want to process numbers, but understand what's behind them. Why does a client make certain choices? What does someone want to achieve? Where are the financial risks? And how can we ensure that someone gains more overview, peace, and opportunities? You find satisfaction in bringing structure and organizing things well. You appreciate when agreements are kept, actions are followed up, and clients notice that they are being paid attention to.
At the same time, you look beyond your own tasks. The advisory practice wants to develop and expand in the coming years. That's why we are looking for someone who finds it appealing to truly be a part of that. Someone who brings ideas, dares to take responsibility, and wants to discover together how to continuously improve the services and the organization.
This is therefore not a position for someone who primarily wants to "just participate temporarily." We are looking for someone with the intention to develop, build responsibility, and create something beautiful together.
Practical
You will join a pleasant, professional, and personal working environment where we collaborate closely and where your contribution is visible. We offer:
- Ample room for substantive input
- The opportunity to further learn the profession of financial planning in practice
- Personal guidance and room for self-development
- A broad role in which you are involved both substantively and organizationally
- Much variety between client work, financial planning, communication
- The opportunity to contribute to the further development of the advisory practice
- Room to take on more and more responsibility
- A professional working environment where quality and personal attention are important
- Flexibility in workplace and working hours when needed
- A collaboration where trust, independence, initiative, and enjoyment in work are important
This position can grow with you and with the organization. If you show that you want to learn and take responsibility, there is ample room to expand your role. You will receive a market-conform remuneration that matches your experience, background, responsibilities, and the type of collaboration. We will jointly determine a salary or rate that fits the value you add. Transparent, fair, and without complicated constructions.
