Continuing Education Assistant

• Contribute to the organization and promotion of webinars and study days.
• Work independently and take responsibility for specific tasks, in consultation with the team.
• Contribute to the conceptualization and development of the program for webinars and study days.
• Practical organization of events (logistics, communication with speakers, participants, and venues).
• Host webinars and/or study days (technical support and moderation).
• Promote the offerings through communication channels (website, newsletter, social media).

What they ask

• You are studying or have recently studied in psychology, communication, or a related field — or you have demonstrable experience in event organization or communication.
• Familiar with digital tools (video conferencing platforms like Zoom or Teams, and preferably also social media or newsletter tools).
• Works in a structured manner, takes initiative, and communicates smoothly.
• Membership of the professional association is a strong asset, but not a strict requirement.
• Affinity with clinical psychology and the functioning of a professional association is a plus.
