You will join a strong, growing family business, specialized in the production and recycling of plastics and rubber.

This organization produces raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, serving customers worldwide in various sectors.
The extrusion department converts various types of plastic waste, such as regrind, powders, films, and sprues, into new granules or pellets.
These pellets then serve as raw material for plastic processing companies.
Within this department, materials are first cut, shredded, and suctioned, after which they are guided to the extrusion lines.
You will receive step-by-step training to get to know the entire installation.

What you will do.

You will operate the machines and installations correctly and safely.
You will hang up big bags and open them for further processing.
You will report deviations or malfunctions promptly to the team leader or department head.
You will perform daily sample collections, in collaboration with the department head and/or the laboratory.

Profile

Several years of experience in a production environment as an operator.
In possession of a forklift certificate, or willing to obtain it through the company.
Not afraid of physical work.
Technical insight and eager to learn.
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, night).
Sufficient command of the Dutch language to work safely, accurately, and according to procedures.
