A government organization is looking for a professional in a dual role to implement Agile working and streamline AI initiatives. The organization aims to work fully Agile by 2027.
What you will do.
- Help teams apply Agile working principles and prepare the organization for Agile working.
- Consolidate AI initiatives emerging in various parts of the organization.
- Provide focus and direction to AI initiatives and co-shape the AI policy with colleagues, suppliers, and partners.
- Set up backlogs.
- Facilitate Agile rituals.
- Utilize various working methods such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, depending on team needs.
- Convince and enthuse colleagues about the Agile way of working.
- Make decisions where necessary.
What they ask
- Minimum HBO diploma in a relevant field (Business Administration, Automation, Business Informatics, or similar).
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in the role of Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
- Demonstrable experience in guiding Agile teams and setting up, managing, and prioritizing backlogs.
- At least 1 relevant certification (PSM, PSPO, SAFe, or similar).
Preferences:
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of AI and robotics and their concrete applications.
- Experience with multiple government organizations working Agile.
- Knowledge of or interest in the work of water management organizations and relevant legislation.
- Interest in developments such as virtualization, data-driven working, and digital twinning.
