What you do
- As the lead therapist, you are responsible for the indication and decision-making regarding treatment policy.
- You are the point of contact for colleagues, clients, and their loved ones.
- Supervise psychologists in training.
- Perform specialized, psychotherapeutic treatments (from various frames of reference).
- Actively contribute to the further development of various treatment methods.
- Contribute to the further development of IHT and short-term crisis treatment.

- BIG registration as a GZ Psychologist.
- AGB code or the ability to apply for one.
- Affinity with clients with (severe) psychiatric problems.
- Familiar with various individual and group treatments.
- Find it a challenge to treat a diverse client population in collaboration with various colleagues in a multidisciplinary team.
Practical
- Work in day shifts between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
- You will work in a multidisciplinary team consisting of: clinical psychologist, psychiatrist, assistant doctor, nursing specialists, SVP, IHT and ADB nurses / GGZ agogues.
- This team provides short-term crisis treatment.
- With Intensive Home Treatment (IHT), the client receives up to 6 weeks of home help or via appointments at the team's location.
- The ADB, a group treatment, can also be used as additional support for the treatment.
- As a GZ Psychologist, you are intensively involved in the treatment.
- Possibility to work both clinically and ambulant, or with a clear fixed workplace.
