What you will do.
- Support regular district teams with unplanned acute care requests.
- Provide acute nursing care in the home situation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with general practitioners, specialists, district nurses, and other involved care providers.
- Assess situations and act quickly when the care request demands it.
Profile

You provide appropriate care at the right time, whether it involves initiating palliative sedation, replacing a catheter, or supporting a client after a fall.
