Domain Product to Market

South HollandHybrid36 hours/week<3months

Our Product to Market domain consists of a chain of systems and processes, from supplier data to product publication, which must remain connected. As Domain Lead Product to Market, you will take charge of the entire chain: from demand and purchasing planning to product data and supplier management. You oversee the landscape, develop a vision for how the chain should evolve, and translate that into concrete improvement projects that you initiate and lead yourself.

This way, you prepare the landscape for further growth. You are the chain manager who maintains an overview. You monitor whether systems and processes are aligned, identify opportunities, and ensure that individual improvements collectively lead to a stronger chain. Execution lies with the planners, data managers, and buyers; you ensure that the whole is correct and ready for further growth. You are a strong discussion partner for Sourcing, Supply & Demand Planning, Digital, and the commercial teams.

You speak each other's language, bring interests together, and translate complex chain issues into clear choices. You work closely with application specialists, including Slim4, Akeneo, NetSuite, TradeCloud, and ProductIP, ensuring their work aligns with the broader chain strategy and that knowledge and quality are secured. Your playing field grows daily within an international e-commerce company with over a million visitors per month in seven countries.

What you will do.

  • You manage the systems and processes within the Product to Market chain, from demand and purchasing planning to product publication, and ensure they are aligned.
  • You identify where processes, systems, or responsibilities are not well aligned and bring structure where it is lacking.
  • You develop a roadmap with Sourcing, Supply & Demand Planning, Digital, and the commercial teams, and translate it into concrete improvement projects that you lead yourself, from setup to result.
  • You work closely with various application specialists (e.g., Slim4, Akeneo, NetSuite, TradeCloud, ProductIP) and ensure their work aligns with the broader chain strategy.
  • You monitor data quality and system integrations as a foundation for good decision-making and understand exactly how data moves through the chain and what goes wrong if a link fails.
  • You actively follow developments in the field and translate them into improvement initiatives that fit the direction and scale of the organization.

Profile

You are analytically strong and results-oriented, with a keen eye for how systems and processes interact. You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach and are able to oversee complex chain issues and translate them into concrete steps. With your connecting style, you bring departments together with persuasiveness and overview. You focus on coherence, not short-term tasks.

  • A good understanding of how ERP, planning, and product data systems (e.g., NetSuite, Slim4, Akeneo) are interconnected and interact.

  • Experience in setting up and leading improvement projects, preferably in an Agile/SAFe work environment.
