What you will do.
- Analyze business issues and change requests related to banking products and services.
- Identify and evaluate solution options together with colleagues in the squad.
- Translate business needs into clear business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders and IT.
- Define business scope, target operating models, and business/IT interfaces.
- Follow up on the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
- Communicate complex business topics clearly with stakeholders and senior management.
Profile
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong business expertise in banking and related services, including products and processes.
- Knowledge of the Belgian banking market, including players and trends.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in a banking environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of banking-related technology and architecture.
- Experience in project management and/or as a Product Owner in a banking business is valued.
- Strong ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their link to IT.
