As an Operative Care Assistant, you will focus on low- and medium-complexity operations within a close-knit surgical team. You will work exclusively during day shifts.

Profile
- A (nearly) completed MBO (intermediate vocational education) degree in Operative Care (MOZ), or two years of surgical assistant training completed.
- A keen eye for detail and stress-resistant.
- Patient safety and quality are paramount, working according to established protocols.
- Motivated to further shape this new function.
- Enjoys taking initiative and brings a healthy dose of humor.
