As part of the daily management of its operations, it is looking for the key person who will lead its field activities.
What you do
- Lead daily operations: ensure the launch of construction sites in the morning and provide clear and precise directives.
- Supervise and manage field teams: oversee and manage up to 6 teams of roofers (internal teams and subcontractors) with strong leadership.
- Make technical decisions: bring your undisputed technical expertise to make the right decisions on construction sites and manage unforeseen events in real-time.
- Organize preparation: maintain a continuous link with the back-office (planning, administration, quotes) during your returns to the office to prepare for upcoming interventions.
- Ensure client relations: interact with confidence and diplomacy with a high-end clientele, representing the excellence of the organization.
Profile
- From a specialized technical background (roofing school or equivalent is essential) with a perfect mastery of the trade's rules.
- Minimum 10 years of on-site experience, giving you impeccable technical expertise and total legitimacy with the work teams.
- Natural leadership and a strong hand: you have excellent management and memorization skills, and know how to lead and resist pressure from field teams with authority and fairness.
- Commercial acumen and neat presentation: you possess excellent interpersonal skills and a very good presentation, essential for this level of clientele.
- Autonomous and resilient profile: a candidate who has previously managed their own structure and is now looking for the support and reputation of a solid company will find an ideal environment here to thrive.
