As a renovation work planner, you play a crucial role in the preparation of challenging construction projects. You apply your expertise in an environment with special projects. What you will do.
- Ensure that each project is optimally prepared before execution begins
- Collaborate closely with project leaders, site managers, drafters
- Analyze drawings and specifications
- Prepare a detailed execution plan
- Translate the client's wishes into a feasible and efficient working method on the construction site
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and contracts for renovation projects
- Prepare detailed work schedules and execution plans
- Calculate material and labor requirements for projects
- Apply for necessary permits and notifications with municipalities
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct site visits and surveys of existing situations
- Advise on technical feasibility and alternative solutions
- Monitor budgets and calculate additional work
- Provide technical handover to the execution team
What they ask
- Minimum three to five years of relevant experience as a work planner in the construction sector, preferably in renovation or conversion
- A completed MBO+ or HBO education in a construction-related field
- Experience with reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of building regulations, permit procedures, and safety requirements
- Proficiency in using planning software and calculation programs
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken
