A temporary assignment with an organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR & Payroll Professional who is comfortable in complex payroll environments and immediately operational. For an international organization, an HR & Payroll Consultant is sought to strengthen the HR team.
What you do
- Payroll for both blue-collar (PC 111) and white-collar (PC 209) employees
- Payroll environment of more than 500 employees spread across different entities
- Attention to complex payroll matters such as waiting premiums, overtime, shift work, shift bonuses, wage garnishments, severance pay, holiday pay, year-end bonus, and split payroll
- HR administrative support and contact with employees
- Opportunity to contribute to process optimizations and efficient use of HR systems
What they ask
- Extensive payroll experience within Belgian payroll
- Experience with both blue-collar and white-collar employee files
- Very good knowledge of HRAccent (must-have)
- Experience with IzyPass (must-have)
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and professional French
- Consultant who not only executes but also identifies optimizations and improvements
