For an organization, we are urgently looking for a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with experience in the public sector.
What you will do.
- Administrative and content-related follow-up of selection procedures
- Planning and coordination of selections
- Communication with candidates
- Drafting of reports and minutes
- Monitoring of selection procedures in accordance with applicable regulations for local authorities
Profile
- Bachelor/Master level in HR or equivalent by experience
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment/selection
- Strong in competency-based interviewing and selection
- Accurate, objective
- Strong communication and advisory skills
- Experience with government and public services
