Profile
We are looking for an HR consultant who, with personal attention and a proactive attitude, builds sustainable relationships with flexible employees and clients within a government organization.

- An mbo 4 or hbo diploma, preferably in the direction of HRM, Human Resource Management, Personnel & Labor, or Business Administration.
- Experience with HR activities, personnel guidance, or employment mediation.
- Strong communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
- A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented work attitude.
- Affinity with the public sector or the ambition to get to know this market.
- Driving license B + own car.
