Salesperson

As a customer advisor, you are the face of the business and provide warm, professional service.

• Sales & advice: After internal training, you advise customers on jewelry and watches, both aesthetically and technically. You listen, think along, and provide tailored advice.
• Presentation & appearance: You contribute to a well-maintained store and an attractive presentation of collections in the display windows.
• Administration & follow-up: You register customers, process deliveries, manage stock, and follow up on repairs and after-sales service.

What they ask

• Passion for jewelry & watches: an eye for detail and the ability to quickly absorb and apply product knowledge. Willingness to continuously learn about products.
• Customer-oriented: enjoys advising customers and offering them a unique shopping experience.
• Strong administratively and quickly learns new systems.
• Flexible: works 3 evenings/week until 8 PM (or until 9 PM on Fridays) and finishes earlier 2 days a week.
• Experience: radiates maturity and has several years of sales experience.

• A stable and close-knit team with high seniority.
• Focus on customer loyalty: personal service, not aggressive sales.

• Permanent contract in the long term: you start with a fixed-term contract and receive a permanent contract after a positive evaluation.

The selection procedure includes a short phone call with an HR representative, followed by an interview with the HR representative and a store manager, and finally a contract proposal.
