As a Smart Building Management Specialist, you help keep the locations safe, comfortable, and future-proof. You work in the heart of practice: with data from building automation, maintenance signals, and the knowledge of your colleagues in Management & Maintenance. You identify what can be improved, discuss it, and actively implement improvements.
What you do
- monitor installations and building performance via GACS
- translate signals and data into concrete actions for maintenance and improvement
- keep the multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP) up-to-date and help sharpen priorities
- collaborate intensively with colleagues from the Management & Maintenance team, care teams
- identify opportunities, contribute ideas, and proactively address relevant topics or projects
- advise colleagues and management with short, clear reports
Profile
- mbo+ or hbo working and thinking level in a technical direction
- experience with technical management of buildings or installations
- affinity with building automation, measurement and control technology, and energy management
- enjoys working with data and translating insights into concrete actions
- communicates clearly and collaborates pleasantly with colleagues within the Management & Maintenance team, care teams
- takes initiative: addresses relevant topics, contributes ideas, and knows how to translate small improvements into concrete actions or projects
- remains calm and meticulous, even when quick changes are required
