Become the orchestrator of HR data flows and application urbanization within a large international retail organization. As part of the global deployment of a new HR management system, the objective is to manage the deployment of new mass repositories according to an MDM (Master Data Management) model. You will work in a dynamic team of 7 people, in a very close-knit duo (with specialization and mutual backup) to bridge the gap between HR collaborators, their IT profile, and their uses in a very rich IS ecosystem.
What you do
Your role combines technical impact analysis, project management, and a good dose of change management for IT populations. The mission is structured around three major axes:
- Proactive Detection & Impact Analysis (Direct & Indirect): Map the IS to identify applications impacted by changes in the HR repository. You track both direct impacts and indirect use cases (data relayed from the identity management suite to an application, which itself relays it). You analyze the impacts with the teams concerned and manage the progress of adaptation projects.
- Framing & MDM Approach: Prepare the deployment of new repositories wherever it adds value. You identify use cases, macro-estimate the required budget envelopes, and enable short-term budgeting for longer-term projects.
- Animation & IT Change Management: Create communication materials, media, and guides to make your IT contacts as autonomous as possible. You manage interviews, group meetings, facilitate architectural debates (with the support of architects for complex cases), and monitor progress via steering indicators that you will define.
- As a bonus, you may be asked to contribute occasionally to the animation of data quality projects with local relays.
Profile
- English C1 minimum.
- Hybrid Skills (Data & Project Management): You have a solid foundation in data (analyses, definitions, ideally experience in MDM / Repositories).
- Urban Planner / Architect Mindset: An ability to take a high-level view of a complex IS to better characterize projects and identify application dependencies.
- Communication & Tenacity: You have experience in change management on IT projects. You have excellent interpersonal skills (one-to-one or in groups) and the tenacity required to obtain answers from large populations of interlocutors.
