Prevention Advisor Level 2

• Reporting directly to the General Management and in close liaison with the CPPT, you will manage and coordinate the Internal Service for Prevention and Protection at Work (SIPP) for the various sites.
• Your role is to harmonize safety practices while taking into account the specificities of each infrastructure.
• Your main responsibilities include:
• Multi-site risk analysis: Identify, evaluate risks (safety, health, ergonomics, psychosocial aspects) specific to each site and design the global prevention plan (GPP/AAP).
• Regular control visits: Ensure an active presence on the ground by conducting regular inspections of infrastructures and workstations across the sites.
• Compliance and equipment monitoring: Ensure compliance with legal standards (fire, electrical installations, mandatory technical controls) on each site.
• Incident management: Analyze work accidents within the institution, determine their causes, and implement transversal corrective measures.
• Safety culture: Raise awareness, advise, and train supervisory staff and field teams on good prevention practices.

• You must hold the diploma or certificate of Prevention Advisor Level 2.
• You demonstrate autonomy and organizational skills to effectively plan your presence and follow-up of the sites.
• A B driving license and a personal vehicle are essential to ensure regular travel between the different locations.
• Experience in the non-profit, health, or collective housing sector is a significant asset.
• Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your diplomacy, listening skills, and pragmatism.
