What you do
- Responsible for the daily management of multiple production teams.
- Ensure teams know what is expected of them.
- Ensure daily production runs as smoothly as possible.
- This is explicitly a leadership role on the shop floor.

- Monitoring results.
- Reporting to the Director Operations & R&D / Site Lead.
- The teams include: Pre-assembly, Cathode assembly, Anode assembly, Key Modules.
Profile
- Experienced team leader.
- Be close to the people.
- A change manager, program manager, or operational manager is not sought.
- Technical expertise in every production area is not required; this knowledge is present within the teams.
