What you will do.
- Perform medical assessments
- Advise both employers and employees on absenteeism, reintegration
- During consultations, investigate factors influencing employees' work capacity, including medical complaints, workplace conditions, lifestyle, psychosocial factors, and potential private life issues
- Provide clear advice contributing to sustainable recovery and successful return to work
- Collaborate closely with occupational physicians, case managers, and practice assistants
- Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration with guidance and opportunities for case discussion and further professional development
Profile
- Completed Master's degree in Medicine
- Valid BIG registration
- Interest in work and health and affinity with occupational health services
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Proactive and engaged attitude towards employees and employers
