Within a cultural ensemble, you will work on special concert projects where music forms the starting point for new stories. You connect old music to today's world and collaborate with composers, poets, and artists. You will be responsible for the marketing and communication and work closely with the artistic directors, business director, and a permanent marketing partner.
What you will do.
- Develop and execute campaigns around concerts and projects
- Create content for the website, social media
- Press & PR and contact with media and concert venues
- Brief and manage designers, photographers
- Set up online campaigns and optimize online channels
- Monitor ticket sales, reach, and campaign results
- Identify and seize opportunities, with ample room and responsibility for personal initiative
Profile
- Experience in marketing and communication, preferably within culture, events, or a similar environment
- Writing talent to translate stories that resonate with a loyal fanbase
- Ability to work independently and maintain an overview of various projects
- Proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to approach people
- Ability to switch between strategy and execution
- Eye for visuals, design
- Affinity with classical (choral) music is a plus, enthusiasm to delve into it is at least as important
