Due to developments within a provincial organization and redistribution of tasks within the team, there is room for a new Land Acquisition Specialist. This is an enjoyable and challenging position where we are looking for an independent and assertive person ready to contribute to the shaping, management, and maintenance of the region.
What you will do. Land acquisition is often necessary for the realization of infrastructural projects. This is handled by the Land Affairs cluster of an Area Management team. The aim is always to acquire land through good consultation. When this is not possible, expropriation may also be necessary. As a Land Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for independently handling the acquisition process through good consultation for these projects and all related activities.
- Independently conducting negotiations on behalf of the organization based on valuations, with the aim of timely acquiring real estate
- Guiding valuation processes and assessing (draft) valuation reports
- Conducting consultations with other authorities and landowners
- Substantively preparing and drafting documents for internal decision-making
- Substantively preparing and drafting letters regarding purchase and sale files and ensuring meticulous file compilation
- Drafting purchase, sale, and exchange agreements
Profile
You are a resilient person who is not easily deterred. You enjoy taking initiative and are able to establish good contact with others. Additionally, you are capable of working independently on various projects simultaneously, but you are flexible enough to also carry out ad-hoc assignments. You must be able to maintain an overview, work integrally, while not losing sight of the team's interests.

- A completed relevant HBO degree, preferably in real estate and brokerage
- Work experience gained at a municipality, water board, province, or a similar organization
