What you do
- Coach and guide colleagues on professional content, working methods, and system usage.
- Responsible for the content, quality, and topicality of the knowledge base.
- Gather information and maintain contact with knowledge owners within the organization.
- Discuss case studies every 6 to 8 weeks with colleagues to validate and improve knowledge articles.
- Translate policy information, processes, and changes into clear instructions and working agreements for the information point.
- Point of contact for colleagues with complex customer inquiries.
- Maintain contacts with internal stakeholders, such as the Safety Office and the Career Center.
- Provide management reports in collaboration with the team leader.
