In this role, you will be part of a Soft Facilities team where you will perform administrative and versatile tasks and contribute to ensuring quality service throughout the healthcare organization.
What you will do.
- You will process outgoing mail; enveloping documents, assembling packages, and preparing them for timely collection.
- You will contribute to the timely and quality delivery of print & artwork (ranging from letters to compiled information bundles) according to agreements with the internal client.
- You will ensure the administrative follow-up of orders, event materials, and educational packages.
- You will be responsible for the complete handling of orders and materials (ranging from brochures to foldable tents) for the healthcare organization's activities. You will prepare everything in advance and store it back after the activities have ended.
- You will arrange for the delivery and collection of materials at various points and schools throughout Flanders. For this, you will have a healthcare organization's delivery van at your disposal (driving license B).
- You will also be involved in the team's reception function, both physically, digitally, and by phone.
- You will provide support for the management of various archives within the healthcare organization (ranging from research to assisting with clean-up operations).
Profile
- You hold a secondary education diploma or equivalent by experience.
- You hold a driving license B.
- You are flexible for travel to other points of the healthcare organization.
- Starting from 7:30 AM is not a problem for you.
- You have good administrative knowledge and a basic understanding of commonly used computer programs. You are willing to learn new programs and applications.
- Discretion, meticulousness, and speed are your strengths.
- You adapt easily to varying workloads or frequently recurring tasks.
- Physical labor, such as lifting loads, does not deter you.
- You can work well in a team and derive satisfaction from collaborating with colleagues, but you can also perform assigned tasks independently.
- You are customer-oriented, objective, and solution-driven, and enjoy delivering quality work.
