This assignment is a temporary maternity cover to continue driving the international footprint of a food company in BENELUX. You will lead all Sales & Marketing activities in one of the most strategic regions, ensuring targets are met while translating the brand into the market. You will report to the CEO, build and manage the BENELUX Sales & Marketing Teams, and work closely with the UK team to pursue ambitious growth plans, all whilst keeping aligned with the organization's values and purpose.
You will also be the heart of the BENELUX team spirit, keeping everyone motivated and aligned. Your leadership will help position the organization as the No.1 challenger brand in snacking and spreads in BENELUX.
What you do
- Own the BENELUX commercial strategy plan, prioritize, and execute for maximum impact.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a Sales & Marketing dream team who are passionate, aligned with the organization's values, and ready to roll up their sleeves.
- Shape how the brand shows up in the market - online, offline, and everywhere customers notice it.
- Execute a field sales strategy in Belgium to drive visibility in the market.
- Drive category growth & 4P execution (Price, Product, Placement, Promotion).
- Activate bold marketing and trade campaigns that excite shoppers, in-store and online.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to manage & own the P&L, forecasts, and growth plans ensuring all metrics are achieved.
- Be the heartbeat of the BENELUX team, keeping everyone motivated and aligned.
What they ask
- Solid experience in commercial leadership (FMCG/consumer goods).
- Willingness to travel to London on a monthly basis, at minimum.
- Proven record in leading Sales/Marketing teams and driving commercial growth.
- Strong skills in marketing, brand execution, category management, and 4P activation.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical, results-driven, and fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
