A growing company, specializing in high-quality wood applications for both interior and exterior, is looking for a project manager for outdoor works. You will join a team focused on the Brussels region.
What you will do.
- Coordinate various projects from start to finish, ensuring a smooth progression of each construction site.
- Study specifications, quantity surveys, and plans at the start of a new file.
- Establish site schedules and organize site meetings to monitor progress.
- Act as the central point of contact for architects, clients, and subcontractors.
- Closely monitor budgets and manage the profitability per project.
Profile
- Preferably, a higher technical education.
- Strong technical insight and a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview.
- Solution-oriented thinking and not shying away from challenges.
- Drawing energy from a healthy dose of stress.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with strong, client-oriented communication skills.
