Head Social Worker

As a Head Social Worker, you will manage the social service department of a local government organization and play a key role in the coordination and further development of our social services.

You will guide employees, maintain contacts with partners, and ensure that assistance trajectories are followed up professionally and correctly.

What you will do.

• Lead the social service department.
• Coordinate and organize the daily operations of the department.
• Support and guide social workers.
• Contribute to the preparation and implementation of social policy.
• Maintain contacts with internal and external partners.
• Support the Special Committee for Social Services.
• Ensure correct follow-up of assistance trajectories.

What they ask

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within social services.
• Driving license B.
• Meet the diploma requirements for the position.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
• Be a good listener and connect with colleagues, clients, and partners.
