Business Process Redesign

For a large national organization, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Redesign (BPR) professional to bring two ongoing BPR projects to completion and help build internal BPR expertise. You will work at the intersection of process innovation, data, governance, and AI. The assignment is results-oriented: you largely determine the approach independently and ensure that new processes are not only designed but also actually implemented and used.

What you will do.

  • Successfully complete two ongoing Business Process Redesign (BPR) projects
  • Organize data and data governance around the renewed processes
  • Establish, model, and document new processes
  • Coordinate scope, planning, and progress with key stakeholders and steering committees
  • Further develop, implement, and successfully integrate an AI agent into the process in collaboration with IT
  • Coach two internal colleagues and actively transfer your BPR knowledge
  • Refine existing BPR methodologies and tools

Profile

You are an experienced BPR professional who quickly grasps complex processes and simultaneously possesses the execution power to actually realize changes.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Business Process Redesign
  • Experience with process analysis, process modeling, and process improvement
  • Experience with digitalization within processes, for example Agentic AI or AI agents
  • Knowledge of BPR frameworks and methodologies
  • Strong skills in project and stakeholder management
  • The ability to transfer knowledge and engage people in change
