You will support the Product Owner in shaping and delivering the product roadmap for a specific asset management product, in line with customer needs and company objectives. You will take end-to-end ownership of selected product topics, from problem framing and stakeholder alignment through validation and implementation follow-up. You will ensure continuity of product activities and, when required, act as Deputy Product Owner.
What you do
- Analyze, challenge, and improve maintenance, replacement, and risk-mitigation processes and translate them into scalable product capabilities.
- Define, document, test, and validate generation rules and decision logic used to create asset needs.
- Use Python for data analysis, business-rule validation, anomaly investigation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Identify data-quality issues, assess their business impact, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
- Facilitate workshops with Asset Managers, domain experts, Data specialists, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the bridge between Asset Management, Product, Data, and IT, ensuring shared understanding of objectives, priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Prepare clear recommendations, product documentation, decision materials, and stakeholder communications.
- Support backlog preparation, refinement, and prioritization.
- Support testing, release preparation, deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor product quality and business outcomes and recommend improvements based on data, facts, and user feedback.
- Support product roadmap planning, product ceremonies, and delivery decisions.
Profile
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Product Delivery, Product Management, Digital Transformation, Process Optimization, Data Analysis, or comparable roles.
- Experience working at the intersection of operational business, technology, and data.
- Experience in industrial, infrastructure, utility, or asset-intensive environments (preferred).
- Strong hands-on Python expertise, with the ability to analyze datasets, reproduce results, validate hypotheses, and investigate anomalies.
- Experience in Asset Management, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Enterprise Asset Management.
- Experience with Power BI or modern data platforms.
- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate ambiguous operational challenges into clear options, recommendations, and actionable product outcomes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and business topics clearly and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on technical/data analysis.
