What you do
- Figure out what can actually be done with AI and turn those ideas into working solutions.
- Build and experiment with AI agents that can understand user wants, work with existing backend and databases, and take action on their behalf.
- A key part of this will be permissions and customer environments, ensuring an agent understands what is technically possible and what a specific user is allowed to do.
- Replace manual workflows with AI agents that can understand a request and execute the right steps.
- Find opportunities where AI can simply take work off people's hands.
- Work closely with the engineering team to experiment, build prototypes, and turn successful ideas into reliable features.

- Solid understanding of backend development and databases.
