You will work as a Payroll Officer for a leading company.
- Through an outsourcing partner, you maintain freedom, quickly find new assignments, and simplify your administration.
What you will do.
- Payroll: Independently manage payroll for 80 employees (PC 200), including salary monitoring and on- & offboarding processes.
- Payroll transition: Support the migration from one external payroll system to another and perform test calculations.
- HR systems & change: Guide the transition from one HR system to another and support stakeholder management in an international context.
- HR support: Support the implementation of the mobility budget, answer HR questions, and manage the HR mailbox.
What they ask
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in hard HR.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
- Ability to work independently.
- IT-minded.
- Willingness to work one day a week from another location.

- You hold a professional bachelor's degree.
