A public sector organization is looking for experienced project managers to join a large digital transformation program.
- You will lead IT and organizational projects that improve data exchange and processes between multiple government bodies.
- The projects include:
- Building new national databases and data flows between public organizations
- Optimizing financial and payment processes
- Cross-border data exchange with other EU member states
- Setting up cooperation structures between federal, regional, and local government
What you do
- Own the full project lifecycle, from defining the solution to implementation
- Build the project plan, roadmap, milestones, and resource planning
- Manage scope, risks, change requests
- Set up and control the project budget and report on its financial status
- Align many internal and external stakeholders who sometimes have conflicting interests
- Lead the project team and report to senior management
What they ask
- Native or fluent Dutch (essential)
- EU citizenship
- More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- A Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- Experience with PRINCE2 and/or Agile
- Strong stakeholder management across several organizations
- Budget and risk management experience
Nice-to-have.
- Experience on public sector projects
- Good knowledge of French
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience in the financial sector (banking or a finance or tax administration)
- Experience on EU or cross-border projects
- Experience with data flow or integration projects
