As part of the dematerialization of public procurement, you will work on an internal management solution covering the entire lifecycle of a public contract, from elaboration to award and execution, as well as on an exchange portal with the contracting companies. Based on Odoo, this platform relies notably on modules related to public contracts and purchase orders, and interfaces with several regional and federal applications as well as with SAP for budgetary monitoring and invoicing.
The mission consists of strengthening the team responsible for functional, end-to-end, and integration application testing. You ensure the completeness of test scenarios, execute campaigns, document defects, and ensure their escalation to the project teams. The role also includes the coordination of business testers and knowledge transfer to gradually make the teams autonomous.
What you do
- Support business teams in the proactive coordination of User Acceptance Tests (UAT), particularly on complex subjects.
- Help teams write functional test scenarios and structure their campaigns according to priority deployment waves.
- Establish compliance and non-regression test plans and, as needed, integration, load, and performance tests.
- Write and maintain test scenarios in Xray via Jira, as well as associated documentation in Confluence.
- Verify that functional requirements and specifications are correctly implemented end-to-end.
- Plan and execute test campaigns, then produce associated reports.
- Identify, document, and communicate anomalies and non-conformities to the relevant teams.
- Ensure follow-up of anomalies until their resolution.
- Compare service documentation, including error management, with test results.
- Anticipate upcoming Odoo releases to organize tests accordingly.
- Collaborate with the platform's test coordinator, as well as with legal experts, trainers, and other business stakeholders.
- Contribute to the coordination of business testers and knowledge transfer to strengthen their autonomy.
- Participate in the testers' community of practice.
Profile
- Required experience: T2 - Confirmed Application Tester.
