Therapeutic counselor
A multidisciplinary group practice of psychologists and orthopedagogues focuses on small scale and connection between healthcare providers and their clients. Various therapeutic approaches (behavioral therapy, systemic therapy, client-centered therapy) and backgrounds (orthopedagogy, psychology) are present in the team. There is a lot of freedom to shape the practice and focus on what you are good at. The practice has no hierarchical structure.
Regular intervision and team-building activities support the substantive collaboration. There is a wealth of therapeutic skills and specific expertise within the practice, where colleagues draw on each other's expertise and regularly collaborate on cases. The focus is on children and young people from 12 years old, as well as the adult target group. The personal agenda can be adjusted to the availability of consultation rooms.
There are many options regarding the number of clients you wish to follow up, both psychotherapeutically and psychiatrically.
