An innovative machine builder develops and produces customer-specific cooling and heating systems for leading clients in various sectors, including the food industry, pharmaceuticals, offshore, high-tech, and defense. The projects are technically challenging, international, and always custom-made, focused on innovative solutions deployed worldwide.
What you do
- Lead engineers and project teams and monitor project progress from start to delivery
- Monitor project progress and maintain control over time, costs, quality, and risks throughout the project
- Coordinate project planning, communication, and reports, ensuring smooth collaboration between involved departments
- Be technically responsible for the project's engineering and make decisions on technical issues within the project
- Ensure timely and correct delivery of calculations, diagrams, drawings, and other technical documentation
- Support project engineers and production with mechanical engineering and refrigeration technology questions and monitor the quality of the final result
What they ask
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering
- Experience with project-based work within a technical environment
- Strong communication skills and natural leadership
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of Exact or comparable ERP systems
Preferences.
- Additional knowledge of refrigeration technology or experience with designing refrigeration installations
- Proficiency in the German language
