Product Owner

You support the Product Owner in shaping and realizing the product roadmap, aligned with customer needs and business objectives. You take end-to-end responsibility for selected product themes, from defining the problem and aligning with stakeholders to validation and follow-up of implementation.

What you will do.

• Analyze, question, and improve maintenance, replacement, and risk management processes and translate these into scalable product functionalities.
• Define, document, test, and validate the generation rules and decision logic used to create asset needs.
• Use Python to analyze datasets, reproduce results, validate hypotheses, investigate anomalies, and critically assess business logic.
• Identify data quality issues, assess their impact on the business, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Facilitate workshops with Asset Managers, domain experts, and other stakeholders, bringing structure to complex or unclear themes.
• Act as a bridge between Asset Management, Product, Data, and IT, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives, priorities, and expected results.
• Prepare clear recommendations, product documentation, decision material, and communication to stakeholders.
• Support the preparation, refinement, and prioritization of the backlog, ensuring product items are clear, valuable, and ready for development.
• Support testing, release preparation, deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor product quality and business results, formulating improvement proposals based on facts, user feedback, and data.
• Ensure continuity of product activities and, if necessary, act as a backup for the Product Owner for stakeholder alignment, backlog decisions, delivery follow-up, and product ceremonies.
